Brie Gonzalez (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. She specializes in supporting adults navigating grief, anxiety, and the lasting effects of intergenerational and complex trauma. Her approach is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in compassion, with training in EMDR and the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) , a depth-oriented framework for treating complex trauma. Brie believes that healing happens within safe, attuned relationships, and she is committed to creating a space where clients can experience that kind of connection. With a background in adolescent mental health, Brie previously worked as a wilderness guide, mentor, and admissions counselor, bringing a unique, holistic approach to her therapeutic work. Brie currently works in private practice and volunteers her time to non-profit organizations such as Women in Private Practice and STAY.
Outside of her work, Brie finds joy and grounding in the outdoors-- skiing, riding bikes, and soaking in the awe of nature any chance she has.
