Jess is a Clinical Mental Health Therapist licensed in Utah, California, and Massachusetts. She owns a clinical practice that supports young adults in navigating challenging life transitions through a somatic and collaborative approach. Jess also works as a supervisor and a yoga instructor. Jess earned her Master's degree from Westminster College in SLC, and has a history of co-founding and supporting local Non-Profits. Prior to earning her Master's, Jess worked in the Snow Industry both at resorts and in publication. Jess still loves to get out into the mountains as much as possible with friends and family.
